The COE held its annual Technology Executives Conference (a Division Leadership Training conference) at the Hyatt Regency in Houston, Texas, on March 7 - 9, 2003. The Conference was well attended with representation from 35 out of 37 Divisions.

The program this year, designed to prepare all COE Units for their roles in the "new COE", provided a dual track - one for First-timers and the other, for Experienced Leaders.

Sessions in the Experienced Track included:

• Group/Division Sharing
• Leadership Strategies
